About this deal

If it were a person, I would ask "man, what's wrong with you?" and secretly wish "you can meet me once in the moonlight" (or even better, that of Neptune). Because I find this main note of the otherwise fine fragrance quite irritating. This "fine" is unfortunately to be taken literally, here in the sense of "small". Because except

As it moves forward, Aqva Marine becomes less of a citrus based scent, and the oceanic ingredients really take control. Again, the seaweed is way less intense than in the original, which I take as a good thing. The seaweed, could become a bit overwhelming at times. All these are attributes that come to mind when I spray on Aqva Marine. Where watery here is not meant in the sense of lax, but that the fragrance actually makes me think of water - although water in its pure form actually smells like nothing. You will get a strong orange opening which transitions into a much softer smooth marine/woody aroma. I’ve never been a huge fan of the oceanic type of aquatics. Some of them are pretty good, but smelling like seaweed and salt water, isn’t really my thing. That being said, Aqva Marine is one of the better examples of this type done right, on the market. has namely this Bvlgari not much to offer. See here my note, which I now publish as desired 1:1 "honestly and directly" and make the essential part of my Kommis:

Mainly, it can serve as a more balanced and easier to wear option, versus the other Aqva colognes. Those other ones, are probably more unique, but also more polarizing. This is a good middle ground. This cologne becomes very fresh, crisp, and a bit salty sitting underneath the citrus notes up top. The coldness of this scent, seems to come and go on my skin, but it’s one aspect that I rather enjoyed.

It really comes down to which you prefer, more or less citrus, but neither opening aroma lasts long at all. To make a long story short: I think you have to be either the Loch Ness Monster or another outspoken seaweed fan to like this aquatic. But that seems to be with currently 135 users yet some ... Unfortunately, I can not quite describe how it smells, thisThe longevity is pretty good, for this category of fragrance. Usually you cannot expect all that much from a citrus/oceanic cologne, but this one can hit 6 hours of wear, depending on the climate conditions. Again, not spectacular, but very solid.
